There are too many tech geeks in my life. But only a few of them are pplz I consider worthy of getting Christmas presents.

I'm hoping to find N64 controllers for Jim - he has an N64 and a bunch of multi-player games, but only one controller. :( If I can't find controllers, I'll crochet him more hats - he liked the ones I made him last year.

And since I'm a poor college student and not dating or fucking any of the other tech geeks, I'll prolly make them cookies. Need to dig up that cookie recipe from high school...

Chelsea and I have been watching Nyan Koi! and it reminds me of how much my recently-developed cat allergy sucks. Kitties are so cute. ;____;

So yeah. Turned 20 last week. Jim got me a cat pinata and tickets to a big concert with a shitload of pretty good bands in December. He hung the pinata on a tree, and my friends and I took turns hitting it with Guitar Hero drumsticks until Shinies roundhouse kicked it in half. I got to keep the head as a souvenir. :) The parents came the day before and gave me a few presents and took me out to get "real" foods. All in all, a birthday worthy of a paragraph in my LJ. XD

As far as Halloween is concerned, my fellow anime club officers have decided on what Halloweeny (hurr durr I said "weeny") shows we're going to be watching, along with writing up costume/cosplay contest rules. Before the meeting, Chelsea and I are probably going to do "Trick or Treat for UNICEF" even though no one will know who we're dressed up as. And Jamie has expressed interest in visiting me for the holiday, which makes me even more excited.

First off, I think Jamie's Gwen Stacy costume idea is amazing, horrible, and srs lulz. All at the same time.

My plans, however, are to finish my Hatsune Miku cosplay in time for whatever Halloween events the anime club plan. If I don't, I'll probably just throw on Sango because it's my favorite out of all my cosplays.

I love being a cosplaying geek. :)

Was it really necessary to make Miku's hair so fucking long?! Seriously, now, no one in their right mind would have their hair go all the way to their ankles.

So there's a gunman on USF's campus, right next to where I have class.

Don't worry, I'm fine. I just ended up having to relocate during the lecture to a conference room with the rest of the kids in my class. I doubt that any gunman will even think about coming in here.

So one of my roommates thinks I'm a bitch for wanting the common areas of our apartment to be clean.

Here's the story:

tl;dr : One of my roommates is a slob, and when I wrote a note on top of her slobby party mess in the kitchen, she called me a bitch.

I don't recycle.

The main reason I don't is because my apartment complex doesn't offer it, and I'm not going to drag my garbage to the campus recycling center.

I miss Chelsea's community recycling bin from when I lived in Castor - so convenient! ;A;

So I'm pretty much done with my Sango cosplay.

I'm going to go...die now.

Yesterday morning. I made scrambled eggs and mixed in cheese, salsa, tortilla chips, and leftover taco meat from when I made tacos a few days ago.

It was delicious. :D

I have an exam in a class I'm doing horribly in at 7:30am. ;___;

But after that exam, I have the rest of the day to pack and clean.

I'm moving to my sweet new apartment on Friday! :3

But I don't get to actually sleep in it until Sunday because I have to go to my sister's college graduation. Boo. :(
